Local knowledge
Dorking is a historic market town set beneath Box Hill in the Surrey Hills, with period cottages and townhouses, characterful older homes and family housing, surrounded by villages and country properties. Many homes have been extended with glazed kitchens or have warm upper floors, and comfort cooling is an increasingly common request; in the older and rural properties, a discreet and sympathetic installation matters. We tailor the system to the property, route pipework neatly and keep outdoor units out of sight.
