Which page do you need?

If your system is working and you want it kept that way, you need an air conditioning service. Filters, coils, drains, refrigerant pressures and a leak check, with a record for your file.

If you run a business with several systems, or a building where cooling matters — an office, a shop, a server room, a restaurant — you need planned maintenance. Regular visits on a schedule, the paperwork kept for you, and priority when something goes wrong.

We service systems we did not install

Most of the systems we look after were fitted by someone else. If you have a Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung or any other major brand and the installer has gone quiet, we can take it on. We will tell you honestly if a system is worth repairing or is near the end of its life.

Why servicing matters

A system that is not serviced loses efficiency, costs more to run, and fails sooner — usually on the hottest day of the year. For businesses there is a legal side as well: systems above a certain size must have their refrigerant checked for leaks on a schedule, by a registered engineer, with records kept.
