A club with history

Founded in 1887 and playing out of the Laithwaite Community Stadium on Kingfield Road, Woking — known as the Cards, after the cardinal red of their famous red-and-white halves — are one of non-league football's best-known names.

From three FA Trophy wins in the 1990s to that unforgettable 1990/91 FA Cup run, when Tim Buzaglo's hat-trick knocked out West Bromwich Albion and set up a tie with Everton at Goodison Park, the club has given its supporters plenty to shout about. Today they compete in the National League, the top tier of non-league football.
