Ventilation installation for commercial buildings and homes
Ventilation brings fresh air in, takes stale air, moisture and heat out, and — with heat recovery — does it without throwing the warmth away. We design and install ventilation for offices, kitchens, shops, gyms and other commercial buildings across Surrey, Berkshire and London, and we advise on ventilation for new-build and renovated homes.

Which page do you need?
For an office, restaurant kitchen, shop, gym, workshop or any other commercial building, go to commercial ventilation installation. Fresh-air supply, extract, and heat recovery, designed to the airflow the building needs.
For a new-build or well-insulated home that needs whole-house ventilation with heat recovery, we will be adding a page shortly. In the meantime, call us on 03453 022 969 and we will talk it through. [REPLACE WITH A LINK TO THE MVHR PAGE ONCE IT EXISTS]
Why ventilation matters
Modern buildings are sealed tight to save energy. Without planned ventilation, moisture builds up, air quality drops, and people in offices get tired by mid-afternoon. Commercial kitchens have to remove heat, grease and fumes by law. Heat-recovery ventilation solves the problem without the heating bill: it takes the warmth out of the outgoing air and puts it into the incoming air.
Ventilation and air conditioning together
Air conditioning controls temperature. Ventilation controls air quality. A building usually needs both, and they work best when designed together. Because we do both, one survey covers it — see our air conditioning installation page.
The regulations, in plain English
Building regulations set minimum fresh-air rates for buildings and specific extract rates for kitchens and bathrooms. We design to those rates and provide the figures for your building control or your architect. [A PLAIN-ENGLISH GUIDE TO PART F WILL BE LINKED HERE ONCE WRITTEN]
